Some of our best work is done in collaboration with other organizations and entities. For example, the Arts Council helped create All Aboard Hill City, which is an umbrella organization that ties together the HCAC, Hill City's city council, the economic development board, the Chamber of Commerce, community business groups, and community members. Together, we have worked on initiatives to help with strategic planning and development, grant writing, and other all-encompassing work.

We've also helped develop our city's economy by educating our organizations and business community about the economic benefits of creativity—the economy of ideas and art.

In the process, we know that education is a key ingredient to the development of smart, creative young people who will make all the difference in our future. We work with our local schools by providing everything from scholarships to art materials to participation in our programs.

And for all of this, fundraising assists us in meeting our goals, creating excellent programming, and growing our community.
