Board of Directors / Committees / Staff

The Hill City Arts Council governing structure consists of a primary Board of Directors that is supported and augmented by three special groups of people. These folks assist with events, fundraising, and coordinating efforts with the community. It's through the efforts of all of these groups that HCAC does its work. Winston Barclay recently joined the staff as communications director.

The board would like to acknowledge Tyler Wolf of Skyline Interactives, who designed our Web site. Not only has he taught us a lot of cool new media "stuff," but also he's an artist himself. Here he is shown (center) playing guitar in the metal shop of Black Hills Bronze, Hill City's fine art foundry, with sculptor and foundryman Grant Standard.
